2 stars for Bob Holdeman. We were trying to find rentals for some friends moving from TX, both veterans and had registered service dogs for anxiety. Bob was clearly very reluctant to show a house to them and even said, "why are two service dogs needed, generally a family only needs one". While I understand his job is to represent the family he's a broker for I did not appreciate how unhelpful he was. 5-6 emails back and forth we were never given a chance to even see the property.
